Why ACRATON® Dolphin?

A 2-component epoxy with 81 vol-% solids penetrates concrete, forms a chemically bonded film, and delivers 300 µm dry film thickness in 2 coats. The result: decades of operational reliability with correct application. Hundreds of reference pools in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and beyond.

Application & Processing

Apply with a short 2K nylon nap roller or airless spray (0.53–0.66 mm at 150–200 bar). Mixing ratio 75 : 25 (volume) base to hardener 2V59. Recoat after 24 hours at 20 °C; full underwater curing in 6 days.
