TRUST & COMPLIANCE
From material selection and order to certificate and inspection, PoolFIX connects the technical data of every delivery in one verifiable chain.

From certificate to digital record
One verifiable chain
Essential delivery, product and inspection data remains connected and available to the parties that need it.
A consistent information structure connects material, application and delivery data.
Every relevant delivery receives a clear certificate with order, product and standards data.
A unique QR reference takes authorised users directly to the current product record.
Documentation remains available for maintenance, handover and future inspections.
Delivery data, documents and inspection moments form a clear history.
The record does not depend on one folder, mailbox or manager and can be shared selectively.
Why this matters
In pool environments, the selected product matters, but so does the ability to substantiate the choice, delivery and follow-up later. A coherent record supports careful management, accelerates handover and helps demonstrate which materials and documents belong to a project.
Documentation supports the duty of care and helps demonstrate decisions made. It does not replace project-specific assessment, expert inspection or legal responsibility.

Every building or facility has different challenges, colours, materials or new innovations. PoolFIX is happy to help deliver durable, safe suspension materials for your unique project!
Renovation or new construction both bring different challenges. When you inform us in time about the work or ask for advice at an early stage, we can help you with the right material choice without availability stress. Due to our wide assortment, we can deliver quickly from stock.

The use of stainless steel A1, A2, A4 or A5 (304/316) fasteners is prohibited due to susceptibility to stress corrosion. The best alternative for a durable connection is to choose PoolFIX fasteners. However, these coated articles are not resistant everywhere. In splash zones and below the waterline, material 1.4529 is used. PoolFIX supplies both materials with certificate so you are assured of a safe choice.

Metal suspension structures and fasteners in swimming pools
The NEN 9200:2025 replaces the earlier NPR 9200:2015 with a higher status as a full NEN standard. It specifies which metals are suitable for suspension structures and fasteners in indoor swimming pools. A2 and A4 grade stainless steel (304/316) is explicitly not permitted.
Operators of public swimming pools are responsible for establishing and periodically executing an inspection plan. The standard applies to both new construction and existing pools. All applied materials must be traceable and properly certified.
“Since 2022, the Quality Assurance Act is in effect: stricter building supervision for new construction and renovation.”
Since 2022, the Quality Assurance Act is in effect: stricter building supervision for new construction and renovation. If there are defects, the client can force the contractor to repair the errors. Even if the client discovers these errors later.
For operators and managers of public pools this means: ensure fasteners in your facility demonstrably comply with NEN 9200:2025. Certified materials with full traceability provide your certainty at every inspection.

Not because of poor maintenance — but because of a lack of overview, structure and follow-up.
Most rejections are not caused by one major problem, but by small issues that are not addressed in time.
Defects are scattered across reports, emails and notes. No one has one clear picture.
Deadlines are missed because there is no system that enforces follow-up.
Work has been completed but not documented. At inspection, there is no verifiable evidence.
And this is exactly where things go wrong.
With the PoolFIX platform, you always have a clear overview, automatic follow-up and complete documentation — ready for every inspection.

Most assemblies are assembled using bolts, nuts and screws. When these fasteners are the weakest link, they will fail prematurely. Because it is difficult to apply thick protective layers, high-tech surface treatments are used. PoolFIX® 5th generation fasteners are specifically developed for swimming pool applications.
